Grease all fittings to prevent friction and reduce wear and tear on moving parts.
2. Engine Maintenance
The engine is the heart of your excavator, so proper maintenance is essential for optimal performance. Change the engine oil and replace the oil filter according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Check the air filter and clean or replace it if it’s dirty or clogged. Inspect the fuel system for leaks or blockages, and replace any damaged components.

Test the operation of the hydraulic system to ensure all functions are working correctly.
4. Undercarriage Inspection
The undercarriage of your excavator plays a vital role in supporting the machine and providing stability on uneven terrain. Inspect the tracks, rollers, idlers, and sprockets for signs of wear or damage. Tighten any loose bolts or fasteners, and replace any worn or damaged components. Keep the undercarriage clean and free of debris to prevent premature wear and extend the lifespan of your tracks.
